Pe cealalta mana ( expresie uzuala ) noi ( adica Mr President, care a initiat acest dialog ) nu vrem sa intelegem ca petitia dumneavoastra este o - prognoza meteorologica - pentru congresul CIPS decizie a 5 Aprilie 2014, cand congresul CIPS va decide la baza documentului oficial cu problematica guvernamentala a Romaniei, document oficial pe care vi l-am trimis, daca AGVPSR nu este reprezentativ pentru Romania, (mergand pe faptul) ca in tara sa si-a pierdut dreptul sa reprezinte sportul pescuit. E o ..........decizie de cea mai mare importanta, care are dreptul sa fie cinstit si legal, in acord cu statutul FIPS si CIPS.

Cu acestea ( asadar, bla, bla ), in dorinta noastra sa nu afectam advers in orice mod organizarea CM 2014 in Romaqnia, o "Tripartida Protocol de Intelegere - licenta mea poetica " a fost semnat intre ( cele 3 ). In aceasta, e promovat, e acceptat si asumat de catre toate 3 partile ca fiecare institutie va participa conform legilor, statuturilor si atributiilor lor legale in organizarea acestui international eveniment.

Poate va obosesc cu traducerile mele, dar in traducerea "apostila", ca sa folosesc un termen generalist, pentru ca s-a folosit termenul de "oficial" si "guvernamental" si sa inteleaga si fane GAFA facuta, exista mai multe moduri de a traduce, printre care si aceasta. Daca folosea o traducere tip "business" sau "colocviala" ( ceea ce nu e cazul in situatia asta ), trebuia sa foloseasca macar expresiile uzuale ale limbii engleze datorita faptului ca si "Broscaru`" e presedinte si, - trimite scrisori - in urma deciziilor unei comisii ( internationale ) de analiza.

From your letter dated February 5, 2014, received after signed agreement between the three parties interested in organizing the Carpfishing World Championship (CWC) event, we note that the right to organize the 2014 Carpfishing World Championship was awarded to Romania, not AGVPSR .

I understand and agree that today at the date hereof, AGVPSR appeares as a representative of Romania to the FIPS / CIPS and it is virtually the only institution that can work with FIPS, as your international federation statuts, to organize CWC 2014.

On the other hand we do not want to understand that your request is a personal forecast for the .....
